Surjik Holdings has announced that it will adopt Sarjik as its new corporate name, describing the change as the next stage in the development of the business and its expanding portfolio of ventures.

The company said the new identity reflects its continued focus on identifying opportunities, developing businesses and supporting ventures operating within the digital economy.

Surjik Holdings has expanded its activities across several areas, with interests that include digital media, technology, online commerce and other businesses built around emerging opportunities in the internet economy.

Sam Zewas, speaking on the name change, said the new identity would provide a foundation for the company’s current and future activities.

“Sarjik represents the next chapter of our journey,” said Zewas. “As the company continues to evolve, we believe our new identity provides a clear foundation for the businesses we are building today and the opportunities we intend to pursue in the future.”

Transition To Sarjik

The transition to Sarjik is scheduled to take effect from 10 May 2026. The company said it will progressively update its corporate identity, communications and digital properties to reflect the new name.

The announcement does not indicate that the rebrand will alter the company’s existing business activities. Surjik Holdings said its current businesses, partnerships and operations will continue under the new corporate identity unless otherwise communicated.

Evolution Of The Corporate Identity

The company characterised the name change as an evolution of its corporate brand rather than a change to its underlying purpose.

According to the company, that purpose remains centred on identifying opportunities, building businesses and pursuing long-term value through innovation and entrepreneurship.

The adoption of Sarjik therefore provides a new corporate identity for the group as it continues developing its portfolio across digital media, technology, online commerce and related areas of the internet economy.
